Though it might be the season for retrospectives I’m not buying into it. I am not doing a look back at 2010 because I already spend way too much time look back and wishing I had done things differently. Instead, I’m looking forward.
I’m looking forward into possibilities.
I’m looking forward, sometimes only ten minutes at a time, but that’s okay. It’s enough.
I’m looking forward because there could be something absolutely amazing waiting for me around the next corner and if I’m turned the wrong direction, I just might miss it.
I agree with you completely. I’m doing the same thing. I’m tired of looking back and living in the past, and stressing about how I could have done this or that differently. I’m looking forward to the amazing future, and all that it has to offer.
May 2011 be an amazing year for both of us!
Yes to amazing years for us both!
It’s such a hard habit to break, isn’t it? The looking back and stressing out over things we perceive we’ve done wrong. I’d really like to stop doing it.
It is a very hard habit to break and one I’ve struggled with my whole life. It’s past time to break that horrible habit. Here’s hoping we are both successful in doing just that this year. =)
I like that! Me, too!
Yeah for company along the way.
I feel exactly the same. Let’s move forward together!
Onward, Jama!
Onward!
There is something amazing around one of those corners–you’re looking in the right direction.
I so agree!
Yes! You are so right!
Thank you! Here’s hoping I can keep to the plan.
Great minds think alike!
What a great post. Concise and to the point. We all have regrets, but life is short and the more life we live, the more we understand the value of moving on to that which will make us productive and happy. Wishing you a wonderful 2011.
