So where and when did Teaser Tuesday begin? I came back to LJ after a hiatus and just started seeing random posts about it.
Part of me (the part that goes so easily paranoid) freaks about postings bits, though I know, I can f-lock it.
The other part of me is intriqued and thinking about posting something.
Teaser Tuesday was an idea from and a few of us (who had already been sporadically posting teasers) jumped on it…and now it’s everywhere!!
P. S. Come on and post! The water’s fine!
I’m trying to think about what to post. Will do something when I get home to where my WIP live.
Cool! Thanks for the explanation.
It’s a lot of fun to see what other people are working on. 🙂 Go ahead and post! Join us! Mwahahaha.
It is fun and I hate being left out of the fun. 🙂 Will post something soon.
Teaser Tuesday was definitely inspired by and after they posted a few teasers of their own work.
I love seeing what everyone is working on. And it’s fun picking out a little slice of your WIP to share with everyone.
I’ve never heard of Teaser Tuesday, though I get the general idea. Can you post a link to an example? I checked out blogs of a couple commenters but didn’t see an example right off the bat…
Sounds like fun!
Well if you go to my entry above this one, you can read mine. 🙂
A lot of the people who commented on my Tuesday teaser also had them. The thing is, I think everyone f-locks them so if you aren’t friends with that person, you don’t see it. You should see mine though….
Oh, wait, you use a blog reader and not LJ friends page, right? That’s one of the downers on the blog readers…a lot of people post things that are f-locked so you have to view them on your friend’s pages or you won’t know that they exist.
try this – look in your reader at my posts for yesterday. There were 3 but I bet you only see two.
Then go to your LJ page (make sure you’re logged in) and go to my page and you’ll see 3.
Thanks, Susan. Yours hadn’t shown up in my bloglines (and I couldn’t find anyone else’s when I checked earlier), but now I could find your directly at your blog.
Love that last sentence. Accidental:>/
