There’s something slightly askew in my Universe at the moment. I went to look up Hugging the Rock on Amazon (don’t ask me why, it’s an abusive obsession many writers have) and I see it paired with the book Oh Rats! The Story of Rats and People.
LOL. What’s up with that?
I’ve heard of some strange match-ups–that’s definately one of them!
What the…? I could go SO many places, but I just won’t. No, I won’t. Okay…do the rats live under a….ROCK? π
I’ve always wondered how Amazon matches up books! If anyone figures it out, let me know. π
It’s always interesting to see what that match the books up with.
Rock and Rats both start with an R?
Rats need hugs, too?
LOL. Now I have to clean off my monitor. Thanks.
I once saw Cynthia Lord’s RULES paired with Al Gore’s book AN INCONVENIENT TRUTH. I think maybe they do these pairings so that people will sit there trying to figure them out, and the titles will stick in their heads because of it. π
Oh wow, that’s an odd match but an interesting possible reason. I’d say it works a lot of the time.
Whoa– that’s just wrong. How weird!
Oh dear.
How did that happen??
Maybe the same people who buy Hugging the Rock also buy, um, Rat books??
