There’s a picture
in my baby book
of my grandma Tina,
my father’s mom,
holding my aunt Kitty
on her lap.
I wasn’t even born yet
but still
I was jealous.

good luck with your goal!
Thanks for popping by and for the support!
I love this. (and I’m a little jealous now, too!)
Thanks, Kate. And congratulations on making the shortlist. Big WOOHOO!

🙂
I know the exact feeling. It is because it is something you never got to experience. I used to be jealous of my sister because she could play netball and softball and I couldn’t. I used to go and watch her and then I could not go anymore it became to painful as I could not join in.
I guess it is kind of the same.

Yeah, kind of the same. Hugs for us both.

One of the things my little sister says to me, when I talk with my other sisters about things that happened in childhood is, “Where was I?”
I understand that jealousy.
Re: tanita says:
Ouch for your sister.
