Dear Flyboy,
What’s in the wallet? Does it matter, really, or are you just playing with me? I’ve been driving toward that scene for what feels like forever and now, wham, you took the wind right out of my sails. What gives?
I don’t think you’re really that afraid of the dog after all but Spencer, yeah, she scares the crap out of you.
And eventually you need to talk to Wilson and Duncan or I might as well just kill them both off.
Signed,
Me
Maybe what is in the wallet is important and maybe not, it depends what it is. I have a lot of stuff in my wallet and yes there are some very important things in there. I could not imagine my wallet without the photo of my 2 boys in there even though it is nearly 15 years old I have not updated it.
As far as being scared of dogs, I am scared or every dog except my own and even that took me a while and only because we have had Sam since he was a puppy otherwise I am afraid of being bitten or chased by any dog of any size as I was when I was a child.
As far as Wilson and Duncan go Flyboy needs them he just doesn’t realise it yet. He has to build up his confidence to know that he can talk to them and to know they may actually listen. It took me a long time to trust anyone and now only a select few know my inner most secrets. I often wish I had have been able to tell someone about some things much earlier than I did and then I would not have spent more than half my life in misery and pain. Flyboy will realize that soon and he will need Wilson and Duncan more than ever.
Geez are you sure this book is not about me.
